Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Odessa, Texas
Step into a high-need community with a flexible schedule and reliable patient volume. This full-time Urgent Care position offers a stable, well-supported clinical setting and an appealing 5-on/9-off rotation. Whether you're an experienced provider or a recent graduate, you'll be welcomed into a cohesive team that values collaboration and autonomy.
Practice Overview
- You'll join a team of 6 NPs, 2 PAs, and physicians across two urgent care clinics
- You'll have the option to work at one of two well-equipped clinics, no cross-coverage or site rotation required
- Bread-and-butter urgent care: worker's comp, physicals, laceration repair, respiratory illness, etc.
- Supported by on-site x-ray, Rad Tech, LVN, and MA staff at each clinic
Schedule
- 5 days on / 9 days off rotation with 12-hour weekday shifts (9:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.)
- Full-time defined as 1,560 hours annually (no weekends or call)
- Predictable, consistent patient volume of 20-25 per day
- Schedule includes built-in time off (no separate PTO accrual)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $115,000 with RVU incentives; total earnings range from $160K-$200K
- Relocation assistance available
- Health, dental, and vision insurance; licensure, DEA, and association fees reimbursed
- Simple IRA with 3% match after one year
Candidate Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP); all experience levels encouraged to apply
- Candidates age 55 and under preferred (others considered case by case)
- Open to both U.S. and international graduates
- Minor background issues may be considered individually
