Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Odessa, Texas

Practice Overview

• You'll join a team of 6 NPs, 2 PAs, and physicians across two urgent care clinics
• You'll have the option to work at one of two well-equipped clinics, no cross-coverage or site rotation required
• Bread-and-butter urgent care: worker's comp, physicals, laceration repair, respiratory illness, etc.
• Supported by on-site x-ray, Rad Tech, LVN, and MA staff at each clinic

Schedule

• 5 days on / 9 days off rotation with 12-hour weekday shifts (9:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.)
• Full-time defined as 1,560 hours annually (no weekends or call)
• Predictable, consistent patient volume of 20-25 per day
• Schedule includes built-in time off (no separate PTO accrual)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $115,000 with RVU incentives; total earnings range from $160K-$200K

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP); all experience levels encouraged to apply
• Candidates age 55 and under preferred (others considered case by case)
• Open to both U.S. and international graduates
• Minor background issues may be considered individually
