- Cardiac ICU NP - Nocturnist
- Cardiac ICU NP - Days (Monday to Friday)
- ICU NP - Nocturnist
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our ICU and CVICU units
* Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients with varying levels of acuity
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and the latest medical research
* Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers, empowering them to take an active role in their care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our culture of excellence
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
* Strong foundation in critical care principles, including hemodynamics, respiratory care, and cardiovascular management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology systems
* Eligibility for Florida licensure (or current licensure)
