How will this role have an impact?
This is a new role that will report to the Clinical Educator Manager, Clinical Success. As a Clinical Educator with Signify Health's Clinical Network Education team, you will work closely with the Clinical Success team and other cross functional clinical teams to proactively create clinical and non-clinical content based on researching best practices, national guidelines, and field experiences throughout your tenure with Signify Health.
This role will strengthen clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement of educational material provided by the Clinical Network Education team.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned clinician with clinical education experience who is passionate to proactively identify clinical network development needs, enjoys training others, and empowers other clinicians to learn from content created by the team.

What will you do?
● Create and develop clinical content to educate the clinical network and internal staff
● Create and develop non-clinical content to educate the clinical network on Signify policies and best practices to ensure a positive member experience and customer satisfaction
● Demonstrate clinical expertise as a writer, educator, clinician, consultant, presenter, and facilitator
● Support high quality documentation by collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and solve trending opportunities
● Maintain, revise or adapt existing clinical and non-clinical content to meet the clinical network needs
● Collaborate effectively with the Marketing and Development team to produce clinician educational training materials
● Create referral to the Marketing and Development team to transition clinical network educational material into a digestible format
● Review education content on a scheduled cadence in the LMS to improve and enhance the learning experience and outcomes for our clinician network
● Deliver educational content in a recorded or live format to network clinicians
● Develop and review clinical guidelines in conjunction with national standards and Centers of Excellence
● Develop content in accordance with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) standards
● Be a subject matter expert regarding clinical network education team procedures
● Perform in-home health evaluations to gain insight on educational needs
● Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by leadership in order to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements
Required Qualifications
● Master's degree as nurse practitioner (FNP, ANP, AGNP) OR Master's degree as a Physician's Assistant (MPAS and PA certified, PA-C)
● Active state nursing license (unencumbered) required; no history of prior license actions or board-ordered restrictions that would prevent obtaining licensure in additional states upon request
● Experience in adult education principles
● Knowledge and expertise across the lifespan including, experience with health assessment, obtaining health history from patients and performing a physical examination
● Minimum 5 years of clinical experience pertinent to the member population(s) ● Demonstrates leadership, coaching, precepting, and/or mentoring experience, required
● Ability to travel as needed for team meetings and performing field observations
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups of internal and external groups in a fast-paced environment
● Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Creative, adaptable
● Strong presenter and visual storyteller
● Highly attentive, analytical, and detail oriented
● Ability to create content in an explanatory and procedural style for multiple audiences
● Proficient in Sales Force, Google Suite
● Ability to act with the guidance of the Clinical Educator Manager and Director, Network Success in decision making to fulfill priorities and meet critical deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in risk adjustment and coding, preferred
● Experience as a clinical educator in a hospital, clinic or corporate healthcare setting, preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$78,331.00 - $206,206.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
